Our learning and development portfolio ranges from an introductory series of leader readiness workshops through to advanced leadership development for your most senior executives. It comprises virtual courses, face to face workshops and retreats, and programs that expertly blend the two. 

Courses range from short 90-minute sessions, half or 1-day awareness or introductory workshops through to profound 2 or 3-day leadership development workshops or off-site retreats. We specialise in customising in-house programs that cover multiple levels within and across the organisation, to meet a client’s specific goals for progressive learning and/or pervasive culture change across the leadership team and employee base.

Through our team of certified executive coaches we expertly integrate individual and team coaching into our learning programs. Coaching reinforces learning and assimilation, supports application of the learning into daily business activities, and accelerates the business impact of your learning investment.

The platform provides a powerful and engaging online learning environment where participants are progressively guided by the facilitator and coach team to:

  • Undertake pre-work reading and activities
  • Set personal goals, identify challenges or inhibitors, and plan for personal success
  • Introduce themselves to the cohort and share personal goals and challenges, getting to know one another
  • Monitor ongoing personal progress against goals or course milestones and receive expert guidance
  • Join virtual classroom sessions live, or flexibly join recorded sessions afterwards 
  • Participate in online discussion forums before and after facilitated classroom sessions, sharing experiences and insights with other participants, learning and growing together
  • Plan practical on-the-job application of the learning to create immediate business impact
  • Review and reflect on results and experiences of learning application and continue to learn and grow 
  • Receive guidance and support from the facilitator team moderating the online dialogues
  • Engage in personal or team coaching to support ongoing integration and application of the learning
  • Remain engaged with their cohort and the course materials after conclusion of their course for an ongoing period of learning integration.
