Leadership Is Challenging

Unprecedented change, global uncertainty and the complex nature of business today make leading your team a real challenge. The future involves constant, disruptive change.

Many leaders face team dynamics that contribute to poor performance. These can be complex, difficult to read and challenging to respond to effectively. It’s not easy to deliver business results when your team is not always up to scratch.

Collaboration across teams is often hampered by silo-thinking causing frustration, disengagement and poor results.

Many leaders we work with just want to feel confident, natural, and comfortable in their own skin as a leader. They want to be recognised and valued for their contribution to their team and the organisation.

We Can Help

For the last 10 years, Leadership Coefficient has been innovatively developing leaders who lead confidently and authentically in an uncertain and complex world. We’ve been giving leaders the awareness and expertise to lead collectively – reading and responding to complex team dynamics in ways that enhance organisational success.

And, we’ve been helping leaders make the vital shift from silo thinking to systems thinking. The world has become too complex for one smart leader to have all the answers. The solutions to complex problems lie in the networks of intelligence across the organisation. The leader of today knows how to tap into and harvest this collective intelligence.

Leaders also need to know how to access the natural intelligence of the whole body – head, heart and gut – to power their insight, clarity and decisions in complexity.

This systems and embodied leadership are the foremost capabilities for today’s complex world and are imperative for collaboration, sustainability, and breakthrough results.

How Leaders Have Been Impacted By Our Programs

It was the most important and developmental program I think I’ve ever been on. This program is suited for a whole range of people – leaders and executives, executive coaches and leadership development facilitators, anybody that wants to grow themselves individually. I recommend they all attend.

Lorraine Farah
Former Global IBM Learning Leader, Executive Coach & Leadership Expert

Having gone through the program myself, then implemented it through my coaching practice in a global top-tier university and then within my own pharmaceutical executive leadership team, I have experienced first-hand the significant impact it has on individual leaders and the whole leadership team and system.

Glen Pearce
Former Global Pharmaceutical Executive & Executive Coach

The program has resonated with me in a way no other leadership program has ever done. I now have clarity about my authentic core, a deep understanding of my strengths and how to best use them, how I can positively impact those I work with and deliver great outcomes through times of uncertainty.

Richard Brincat
Organisational Development Manager, Australia

I wanted to know how to be myself but as a leader, how to be genuine and natural. So many things have just snapped into sharp focus. The impacts to my life as a whole have been far reaching, not just during the retreat or in the few days after, they have endured. I am being the leader I hoped to be.

Dilly Coomaraswamy
CFO, NPS MedicineWise

I cannot recommend Jane and the team at Leadership Coefficient highly enough as people of purpose, passion and great vision who inspire others to a new and better way to lead. It is a privilege to engage them for our ‘Next Generation of Future Leaders’ program and to know the participants are being taught and coached by the best.

CLAIRE BRAUND
Founder and Executive Director, Women on Boards

I now have the confidence and skills to be a better leader. More importantly I know that I am a happier person with less stress. At the end of the program I had so much more self-awareness and appreciation for the people in my team. The program created an amazing shift and has honestly changed my life.
