Three Intelligence Centres: Findings in Neuroscience have established that we have 3 Intelligence Centres in our body: the head – our brain that we are very familiar with; the heart/chest area, and the torso or gut. Strategic and systemic complexity make huge demands on our capacities: using the power of all three intelligence centres unleashes valuable new resources. Most leaders have minimal awareness of their multiple brains, yet when they know how to access them, they increase awareness, insight and decision capacity.
