If you are a leadership development facilitator, coach or consultant with experience in leadership development (one-on-one with leaders or leadership teams) and an interest in embodied leadership, systems thinking and collective leadership, VerticalQ may be of interest to you.
If you are an internal HR, L&D, Training or OD professional (working as an employee) who is responsible for leadership development in your organisation, VerticalQ may also be of interest to you. We have extensive experience working with companies to develop leaders and leadership teams. Some HR leaders we work with are interested in becoming accredited to use our body-based leadership assessment methodology internally in their organisations.
The purpose of the VerticalQ New Insights workshop is to continue to deepen our insights into VerticalQ – there is so much to learn and know. For that reason, we ask our facilitators, coaches and practitioners to stay abreast with us by attending an ongoing development workshop annually. We offer a 1-day VerticalQ New Insights workshop for alumni of the VerticalQ Deepening workshop. The workshop will also serve to support your VerticalQ accreditation.
The VerticalQ Deepening workshop is offered to our alumni of the Collective Leadership retreat programme. It is designed to expand and deepen your understanding of VerticalQ.
This workshop is ideal for clients and allies who have completed the Collective Leadership retreat programme and want to deepen their understanding of VerticalQ. This workshop suits a business leader working with VerticalQ with their teams, or a facilitator and coach, or someone simply wanting to deepen the understanding for personal interest. Even after completing the Collective Leadership programme, there is still a huge amount of ongoing learning about VerticalQ.
