2021 Collective Leadership Open Program

When you register for a program, Leadership Coefficient makes financial commitments on your behalf. Accordingly, Leadership Coefficient reserves the right to enforce the following cancellation fees. If you cancel prior to the start of a retreat, retreat fees are due as follows:

30 - 42 days prior: 25% of fees due.
15 - 29 days prior: 50% of fees due.
14 - 0 days prior: 100% of fees due.

Leadership Coefficient programs involve a variety of activities that often include warm-ups, games, group initiative problem solving, ropes course elements and other physical activities. The level of participation in a program activity is at all times completely up to the individual’s choice and, when participating, there is always some degree of risk, which must be assumed by each participant. We expect that you carry appropriate medical and/or travel insurance to cover you during each retreat taking place in Australia.

I RECOGNIZE that there is an element of risk in any sport or activity associated with the out-of-doors.

I ACKNOWLEDGE that Leadership Coefficient and each party’s co-facilitators and agents take all reasonable safety precautions in the operation of this program.

I AM AWARE that certain portions of the program are physical, and that I may be asked to walk, run. stretch, climb, push, pull and perform other physical activities.

I VOLUNTARILY AGREE to participate in the Collective Leadership Program to be conducted on designated dates.

I AGREE to participate only to the extent that my medical, physical or other conditions create no undue risk to participants, other program staff or myself.

I AGREE to assume full responsibility for my actions and their consequences, and for any inconvenience resulting from any circumstance or injury to my person and/or property.

I AGREE to provide the name and policy number for my health insurance provider to the program staff before the first retreat, and subsequent changes or updates before each of the three additional retreats during the program.

I AGREE that my personal insurance and any insurance provided or maintained by any other person or entity on my behalf shall supersede and be used before any of the insurance coverage that may be provided by Leadership Coefficient or other organisations or individuals involved in the operation of the program.

I HEREBY RELEASE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Leadership Coefficient and the officers, directors, contractors, employees, associates, facilitators, leaders and its agents, from any and all liability, claims or demands (except those arising from negligence of the aforementioned parties) that I, my heirs, executors, administrators, assignees, distributees, personal or legal representatives and all members of my family may have or make, now or in the future, for any injury, loss, death or damage of any kind resulting from my participation in the program.

I AGREE that my ELSP assessment profile and professional details may be stored by Leadership Coefficient for internal statistical research purposes.

I AGREE that my ELSP assessment profile and professional details may be accessed in the members-only online Allies community.

I AGREE that any dispute concerning this agreement or the parties’ performance under it shall be governed by Australian law and the competent court shall be in Sydney, Australia.
