Is this workshop a good fit for me?

If you are a leadership development facilitator, coach or consultant with experience in leadership development (one-on-one with leaders or leadership teams) interested in becoming an accredited ELSP Practitioner, this workshop will be of interest to you.

If you are an internal HR, L&D, Training or OD professional (working as an employee) who is responsible for leadership development in your organisation, this workshop may also be of interest to you. We have extensive experience working with companies to develop leaders and leadership teams. Some HR leaders we work with are interested in becoming accredited to use our body-based leadership assessment methodology internally in their organisations.

How much does the 1-Day VerticalQ workshop cost?

$545 incl. GST (Australian dollars). This includes your VerticalQ Assessment and Booklet for which the fee is normally $435 incl. GST.

Will I Receive a VerticalQ Leadership Assessment As Part Of The Workshop Cost?

Yes. You will also receive a complimentary VerticalQ booklet as part of the accreditation process. This booklet explains the VerticalQ methodology, the 9 different VerticalQ profiles, the various team constellation models, and what they mean for individual and team preferences, systems leadership, collaboration and performance.

What Does It Take To Be Accredited as a VerticalQ Practitioner?

General
All Leadership Coefficient (LCoe) facilitators and coaches must be qualified in a recognised coaching training program, or be in the process of completing such a coaching training.

We will accredit people who have an intention to market, sell, co-facilitate and be a Practitioner in our VerticalQ Individual or Team Assessment and associated workshops.

VerticalQ Practitioner Training Pathway
The accreditation pathway involves first attending the 1-day VerticalQ Introduction Workshop, after which both you and we will confirm your entry into three 2-day VerticalQ Practitioner Training workshops.

After that, you and your accreditation leader will together make a plan for you to assist at VerticalQ assessments and progressively perform assessments under the guidance of your accreditation leader. Your accreditation leader will then determine when she/he considers you are ready to be certified as a VerticalQ Practitioner.

Maintaining your VerticalQ Accreditation
You must attend at least one VerticalQ training per annum. These will be offered face to face or virtually across the regions.

You are responsible for keeping your VerticalQ skills and insights up to date, and this is primarily achieved by continuing to perform and coach assessments. Your accreditation leader will maintain a dialogue with you to ensure that you continue to meet the required standards.

What Experience Or Prerequisite Learning Do I Need To Become a VerticalQ Practitioner?

All Leadership Coefficient facilitators and coaches must be qualified in a recognised coaching training program, or be in the process of completing such a coaching training.

You must attend a VerticalQ Introduction Workshop or equivalent training to gain entry into the full accreditation pathway. After your Introduction Workshop, we ask you to read the VerticalQ Booklet and become fully familiar with your own profile before starting your first 2-day VerticalQ Practitioner Training Workshop.

What Are The Next Steps After The 1-Day VerticalQ Introduction Workshop?

Following a 1-Day VerticalQ Introduction workshop, if you are accepted on to the VerticalQ accreditation pathway, you will attend 3 x 2-day accreditation workshops. These are mandatory workshops to train you in our proprietary VerticalQ multiple brains leadership assessment methodology.
